The design of this 2200-sq.-ft. loft balances the building’s industrial heritage, contemporary detailing, and streamlined, modern furnishings. Distressed, wide plank wood flooring, museum-like pristine white walls that appear to float, and carefully selected furniture come together in this Greenwich Village space. Among the details to note: a terrace that blends the indoors with the exterior, thanks to a large picture window and flooring that continues through to the outside and will intentionally weather with time.
